Position Overview
Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL TECHNICIAN in the FUNDS ADMINISTRATION AND ACCOUNTING BRANCH of NETPDC. Responsibilities You will establish, maintain, correct and/or close pay accounts for active, reserve, or retired armed forces personnel. You will provide advice to employees, supervisors, staff in other financial management series and personnel specialists on pay related rules. You will use various automated time and leave systems (e.g. SLDCADA) to post, examine, balance, compute, and extract data from records to prepare reports. You will examine documents for accuracy, adequacy, and compliance with regulations. You will perform customer service representative functions such as resolving pay discrepancies, leave errors, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
