The primary purpose of this position is: Serves as Financial Specialist and Travel Program Manager for HQ NORAD and USNORTHCOM and Subordinate Commands' travel and accounting programs to include the Defense Travel System (DTS), Government Travel Card, Defense Enterprise Automated Management System (DEAMS), Defense Agency Initiative (DAI) and legacy financial systems. Responsibilities Command travel program manager to include the Defense Travel System (DTS) and Government Travel Card (GTC).
