This is a high-impact front-line growth position. Unlike standard wealth advisory positions, your focus is on client acquisition strategy, managing our CRM pipelines, driving corporate wellness programs inside multinational platforms, and coordinating financial education seminars.
Key Responsibilities - Drive the firm’s client acquisition strategy
- Establish introductions with HNWI expatriates
- Coordinate with international corporate HR departments in the UAE to offer corporate financial wellbeing sessions
- Manage client development pipelines on CRM platforms, tracking lead touchpoints
Requirements - Experience in business development or telesales with an interest in developing into a client-facing advisory role
- Minimum 1–2 years in financial services telesales or customer-facing sales role
- Comfortable working in a sales-driven, client-focused environment
