Job Description
Provide administrative support to financial advisers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.Prepare client reports, letters, and other correspondence in a timely manner.Maintain and update client records on internal systems.Assist with the preparation and submission of client applications and forms.Coordinate and schedule client appointments and manage adviser diaries.Respond to client queries and provide general support as required.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
