Job Responsibilities:
• Generate insurance business through assigned bank branches (4–5 branches).
• Convert customer leads generated by bank staff into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank employees.
• Support bank staff with product information and sales campaigns.
• Ensure smooth completion of sales, including documentation and medical requirements.
• Coordinate policy issuance and customer follow-up.
• Drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduation Mandatory
• Age up to 30 years
• Minimum 1 year of Sales Experience
• Good Communication and Relationship-Building Skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned location
• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach
