The Financial Sales Representative (FSR) is responsible for selling the bank’s products and services to both existing clients and new prospects. This role focuses on opening new accounts, building strong customer relationships, identifying financial needs, and achieving individual and branch sales goals. The FSR supports the Business Financial Center by promoting cross-selling opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Open and maintain new personal and business accounts according to bank policies and procedures

Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
