CTG is seeking to fill a Financial Reporting, Disclosure & SOX Compliance Subject Matter Expert (Senior Consultant / Senior Manager Level) position for our client.

**Job Summary**

Senior-level SME role supporting financial reporting cycles, SEC disclosures, and SOX/ICFR compliance. The consultant will provide high-impact guidance during close cycles, assess internal controls, and advise finance leadership on reporting and compliance issues. Big 4 background strongly preferred.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Lead SME support for financial reporting, disclosures, and SEC reporting requirements
+ Advise on SOX compliance (SOX 404) and ICFR control design/effectiveness
+ Support quarter-end and year-end close processes, including disclosure reviews
