Position Overview

Finance Management Reporting and Control Analyst – responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting strategic decisions, and enhancing forecasting and budgeting processes within ING Spain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly management reporting to Head Office.
• Create actual and forecast reports for Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and FTEs for Retail Banking (Private Individuals, PriBa, Buba) and Wholesale Banking.
• Build strategic management reports (MIS, QPC) and coordinate with stakeholders across the bank.
• Analyze actuals versus targets and provide insightful commentary to support strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with Financial Accounting for actuals monthly closing and analyze evolution versus target.
