Financial Reporting & Consolidation Officer
Role Summary:
Responsible for preparing and consolidating financial statements for management and statutory reporting. Ensures accuracy, completeness, and compliance with IFRS, IAS, and local GAAP, including supporting analyses, reconciliations, and disclosures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and consolidate financial statements for subsidiaries and holding companies
- Review financial reports for accuracy, completeness, and reasonableness
- Analyze significant account movements and provide explanations
- Perform regular review of reconciliations and account analyses to identify risks and issues
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, IAS, local GAAP, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Prepare required disclosures for SEC submission
