Job Description
Maintains fiscal recordkeeping for multiple programs in a specific field or business unit setting.
Job Responsibility
+ Maintains fiscal recordkeeping for multiple programs and also maintains financial reporting system using accounting and spreadsheet software.
+ Assists management in preparing and modifying annual budget and short term contracts including the proposed, approved, and modified budget document; individual component budget documents.
+ Prepares weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports used to monitor/track spending and capital expenditures. Prepares financial reports for use by team leaders, the leadership, and other staff in making financial decisions; develops specialized expenditure reports as needed.
+ Reviews management proposals to verify analyses and ensure that proposals are within budget limits; notifies management of any budget shortfalls.
