Receive, validate, and release transfer instructions via FundSettle.
Monitor pending and rejected transfers, ensuring prompt resolution and settlement.
Liaise with Transfer Agents, Fund Management Companies, and internal stakeholders (e.g. Client Services, Product Analysts) to resolve queries and expedite settlements.
Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of transfer documentation to Transfer Agents.
Follow up on contract notes and ensure adherence to internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
Investigate and resolve complex cases, including rejected or technically failed transfers.
Escalate critical issues and contribute to the daily Critical Transfers report.
Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements to enhance settlement timeliness and service quality.
