**Description:**
You will be the Financial Mgmt Asc Mgr for the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Cost Control team. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to drive program success.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Financial Mgmt Asc Mgr you will be responsible for leading a finance team and providing financial guidance to development and production programs.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Prepare Estimates at Completion for subcontracts and material, process budgets, sales forecasts, and monthly earned‑value reporting.
+ Interface with program personnel, program finance, and Global Supply Chain partners to drive financial excellence.
+ Support GSC finance analysts, cross‑functional leadership, and internal/external customers.
+ Provide leadership, mentorship, hiring, and performance‑review guidance to GSC finance analysts.
