**MANTECH** is seeking a motivated, customer-oriented **Financial Manager** to help support our current Marine Corps Systems Command Contract in **Stafford, VA** .

The successful candidate will assume a wide range of financial and business management responsibilities on behalf of our government customer and will play an integral role in all areas of the financial management of the program.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Prepare government funding documents that convey all categories of Department of Defense appropriations (e.g., MIPR, NIPR, etc.).
+ Maintain project baseline budget information, update spend and phasing plans and track the changes.
+ Track and compare project funding execution to phasing plans. Identify and alert the project management office to any significant variances from the plan. Prepares justification statements, as required, to explain the variances.
