Position Overview
This is a leadership-focused Shared Services role responsible for managing finance operations across 10 legal entities, 7 countries, and 5 business divisions. The successful candidate will have strong people management experience, proven shared services leadership capability, and the ability to drive standardisation, process improvement, controls, and operational excellence across a multi-country finance environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a finance shared services team across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Financial Reporting functions.
- Drive a high-performance culture through effective leadership, coaching, performance management and employee development.
