This is a hands‑on, operational finance role where you will work closely with the CEO and Global CFO, leading the finance function and ensuring strong financial control, reporting, and insight as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team and oversee all accounting and reporting activities
• Manage month‑end, year‑end, management reporting, and audit processes
• Prepare management accounts, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis
• Oversee intercompany transactions and support group consolidation
• Drive financial modelling and scenario planning to support growth
• Ensure accurate cost accounting and margin analysis within the manufacturing environment
• Improve systems, data quality, and financial controls across finance and inventory platforms
• Build strong relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders
