SUMMARY: A well-established commercial feedlot is seeking a motivated, analytical, and results-driven Financial Manager to oversee the full financial function of the Heidelberg and Nigel divisions, as well as certain Group functions. The successful candidate must be a Chartered Accountant with strong leadership capabilities and proven senior management experience.

POSITION INFO: Minimum requirements for the role:

• Must have a Chartered Accountant ( CA ) qualification
• Minimum 5–10 years’ relevant senior management experience in finance (agricultural or feedlot industry experience will be a strong advantage)
• In-depth knowledge of internal control systems, risk management, cost accounting , stock control, and ERP systems (preferably Business Central)
• Results-driven with excellent leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
