Position Overview:
- Lead a high-performing accounting, financial reporting, and analytics team supporting laboratory operations.
- Own metrics reporting, process improvement, pricing and contract analysis, profitability analysis, and ad hoc financial projects.
- Partner closely with sales, operations, corporate, and field teams, and present insights to senior leadership.
- Report directly to the Director, Finance.
