Position Overview
Act as the SME for financial and operational systems, driving system adoption and improvements
Deliver meaningful financial insights to support strategic decision-making
Manage external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
Strengthen financial controls and drive continuous process improvements
Build and maintain relationships with funders, regulators, and key stakeholders
Support treasury funding initiatives and due diligence processes
Monitor financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assess risk
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
Provide ad hoc support as required by the CFO
Oversee core finance functions including reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, tax, compliance, and month-end processes
