The Financial Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of the company, providing strategic insights to management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

This role is ideal for a newly qualified Chartered Accountant or someone with up to 4 years of post-qualification experience.

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Analyse key performance indicators, including Net Fee Income (NFI) and operating margins, to support business decision‑making.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee the budgeting process, monitor variances, and provide actionable commentary to department heads.

Compliance & Tax: Ensure full compliance with SARS regulations, including VAT, PAYE, and Corporate Tax filings. Manage all audit requirements and act as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
