As a Financial Management Trainee, you will develop a working knowledge and understanding of financial management in the electrical distribution business through hands-on learning and interaction with the local financial and branch management teams. Our Financial Management Trainees are exposed to all areas of our business and are given the opportunity to receive specialized training. You are provided a great overview of our industry.

**In this role you will:**

+ Gain a working knowledge of all responsibilities and duties across the business.
+ Evaluate and analyze prospective customers.
+ Assist in management of customer accounts and collection efforts.
+ Complete assigned training and development activities and educational programs in an accurate and timely manner. Provide feedback to manager on ways to improve training.
