Summary About the Position: Performs administrative and professional work requiring the application of accounting, budgeting and manpower principles, theories, concepts, and practices to ensure that financial management, manpower, and accounting systems produce accurate results and meet legal and regulatory requirements. The work requires adaptation of current or proposed systems and processes and a thorough knowledge of automated resource management systems. Responsibilities Duties described reflect the full performance GS-11 level. Duties will be performed in a developmental capacity under close supervision.
