Responsible for obtaining authorization approvals whenever needed in the following conditions: Daman and contracted insurance as per the policy terms and conditions. Non-Contracted insurance by communicating guarantee of payment. The role holder is responsible for insurance liability and fund reallocation for the rejected services under the ABM policy, along with attending patient’s self-pay estimation whenever needed. The role requires efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders to finalize patient authorization requests. The role also includes counseling self-pay patients, collecting pre-payments and outstanding balances following established collection procedures.
