The Role Reporting to the CFO and managing a team, you will be responsible for leading month-end reporting for multiple entities in Asia, supporting the budgeting and forecasting process, providing timely insights on performance against budget, cash flow forecasting, managing all banking documentation, queries, and relationships. Other key areas include overseeing secretarial, taxation, and ensuring compliance and timely submission on tax and statutory matters. Liaise with banks, auditors, and statutory bodies to ensure timely and accurate submissions. Review and update policies and procedures to drive efficiency and compliance.
