Duties
Responsible for the management of the accounting team (5 individuals)Work with 3rd party accounting firms where a local team is not present to close the books and to complete statutory requirements, includes HK, India, and Germany.Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close process along with preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements.Partner with the US Corporate Controller/FP&A team to perform financial analysis to explain variances in financial performance compared to budget and forecast targets and prior year results.<...
