Position Overview

   Financial Controller  
   Hereford (predominantly office-based)  
   £60,000 to £70,000 plus bonus  
 Our successful, Hereford-based, service sector client requires a Financial Controller. This is a number one finance role that could progress in to Finance Director in the short to medium term. A hands-on position, guiding the team, providing stewardship of the finance function and acting as a sounding board to the MD on a range of matters.
   Role responsibilities  
 Preparation of monthly management accounts
 Production of annual financial statements and Group consolidation
 All financial reporting and cash flow management
 Management/oversight of payroll, IT and other administrative functions
 Leading and developing a medium-sized team
 Managing the Group annual audit
 Process improvements and ensuring robust financial controls are in place
