What will you drive?

• Oversee accounting, audits, financial reporting, and compliance with an AI-first approach
• Lead budgeting, MIS, and investor reporting using automation and AI-driven insights
• Identify repetitive finance tasks and automate them using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Build and implement scalable, automated finance workflows
• Support business growth with data-backed financial insights and predictive analysis
• Drive preparation of financials for IPO and consolidated financial statements with enhanced accuracy and efficiency

Who are we looking for?

• CA qualification with 3–7 years post-qualification experience
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to automate finance tasks
• Proven ability to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency through automation
• Experience in startup or tech environments
