Role: Financial Controller

Location: Bolton

Salary: £70,000-£85,000 + benefits

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Strong technical accounting background.
• Advanced Excel skills and hands‑on ability to work into detail.
• Excellent staff management and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Month‑end close responsibility
• Financial reporting process management
• Cashflow management
• Variance analysis and trend reporting
• KPI reporting
• Statutory accounts production
• Compliance lead
• Process, control and system improvement lead
• Finance team management
