Closely monitor and control costs and expenses of all departments, properties and companies in the group and co-ordination with heads of departments / operations in HK and oversea
Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting, budgeting, business forecasts and various analysis to facilitate management decisions
Ensure that Policies and Procedures are in place and operating, or that appropriate deviations / internal control procedures are available
Prepare and submit reports that are concise, comprehensive, accurate and timely
Co-ordinate and submit financial projections, annual budgets, revise budget and updates as require to allow Management to made business decision
Monitor business results and provide clear and informed analysis to meet management and hotel managers requirement
