Position Overview

Our client a well‑known fruit grower and packer, located 3km outside Wolseley has an opportunity available for a detail‑driven and organised Financial Clerk to join their finance team. If you have a passion for accuracy, a knack for numbers, and experience in financial administration, this could be the role for you.

Key Performance Areas

  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
  • Coordinate electricity meter readings and update dashboards.
  • Manage petty cash and process transactions on Xero.
  • Capture, allocate and process creditor invoices, and reconcile accounts.
  • Administer diesel usage records and rebates.
  • Compare invoices with delivery notes and verify balances for payment.
  • Reconcile bank statements and process payments.
  • Issue and manage purchase orders on Xero.
  • Renew vehicle licences and assist with compliance tasks.
