Financial Analyst

Job Description

+ Analyze financial results, including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, and provide actionable insights to leadership

+ Prepare and maintain detailed financial models to support planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making

+ Monitor and analyze product, project, and operational costs to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements

+ Develop and maintain standard cost systems, including bill of materials (BOM), labor, and overhead rates

+ Conduct inventory valuation, cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis, and margin reporting

+ Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, procurement, and finance) to drive accurate cost tracking and accountability

+ Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
