**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Financial Analyst** to join our team working in **Washington D.C.** This is an **onsite** position.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Support Navy with day-to-day operational finance and accounting practices in accordance with Navy and national policy
+ Support department internal controls. Define control deficiencies, document findings, and communicate issues to leads with clear recommendations for remediation. Ensure quality assurance standards and internal controls within the financial management department and the broader organization.
+ Prepare monthly and annual verification and validation reports to ensure compliance and accountability of financial administrative and management practices
