Job Summary
Prepares, researches, and analyzes financial and utilization information to support the department.
Essential Functions
+ Performs statistical, cost, and financial variance analysis of data to evaluate financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
+ Provides guidance on business issues including financial and profitability analysis. Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity, which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation.
+ Serves as a consultant to assigned areas of the organization to support the financial goals and objectives of CorEwell Health.
Qualifications
Required
+ Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, statistics or related field
+ 3 years of Finance, accounting or related work
Preferred
+ Masterβs degree in business or finance
+ Formal or informal leadership experience
