Large and rapidly growing design build firm is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This is a newly created position for an organization that has a strong history of promoting from within and providing a terrific culture, professional growth and competitive compensation packages resulting in long tenure within the team. The Senior Financial Analyst will be based out of a satellite location in Manassas, VA with future growth opportunities at the corporate HQ in Tysons Corner.


Core Responsibilities include:


Project Cost Control

Collaborate with project management team to create accurate budgets and manpower forecast for multi-year construction projects.

Monitor and control indirect costs by performing budget to actual variance analysis weekly, identifying and eliminating root cause for variances.

Establish accurate cash flow forecast to ensure the project is cash positive for the duration.
