We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support service billing activities for North America Field Service in Charlotte, North Carolina. This Long-term Contract position focuses on reviewing completed work, confirming documentation and approvals, resolving billing-related discrepancies, and preparing service orders for invoicing. The role works closely with field teams and internal partners in a fast-paced environment, with a hybrid schedule and increased activity during month-end and quarter-end periods.


Responsibilities:

• Review completed service jobs and project records to confirm they meet requirements for billing readiness.

• Verify customer approvals, order closure details, and supporting documentation before releasing work for invoicing.
