This District Opportunity is designed for motivated advisors who enjoy variety, collaboration, and the opportunity to make an impact across multiple communities.

Successful candidates will participate in a structured onboarding and integration period within the district before being assigned to Financial Advisor opportunities based on business needs.

During this time, advisors will gain valuable exposure to different branch environments while building strong relationships across the market.

**What to expect**

+ Initial training period of approximately 3–6 months.
+ Training may take place at one or more designated locations.
+ Upon successful completion, placement into a financial advisor position.
