The Financial Administrator will lead the Accounts department for the company's Cape Town region. Driving efficiency, accuracy and guiding an accounts team.

Key Activities:
- Manage Accounts Department, including a team of 10 people
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior staff by providing guidance and assisting staff with queries
- Manage full accountancy function, including debtors, creditors, invoicing and payroll
- Compile and submit monthly returns to SARS
- Ensure smooth financial operations by liaising with other departments and by meeting departmental deliverables and deadlines
- Drive efficiency and maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards
