Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, payroll, general ledger)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models
• Support fundraising activities, investor reporting, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with Canadian tax regulations (GST, PST, corporate tax)
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors
• Support with SR&ED tax credits and other tax incentive programs
