Duties & Responsibilities

This role reports to the Financial Manager - Logistics.

1. Budgeting and Financial Analysis: Assist in coordinating and preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and scenario planning. Track actual vs. budget costs and provide analysis on variances.
2. Process Improvement and Internal Controls: Recommend and implement financial processes and improvement measures. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to enhance internal controls.
3. Reporting and Decision Support: Continuously improve Franchise Network reporting through automation and building financial models. Engage with stakeholders, including Franchise Network, for project initiatives, cost analysis, and SOP implementation.
