Finance Transformation Senior Manager

At the heart of Finance transformation, you will support leading organizations in redefining how their Finance function operates and delivers value. Acting as a strategic partner to Finance leadership, you will drive complex transformation programs across processes, organization, and technology landscapes.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and develop Finance transformation engagements, with a strong focus on Target Operating Models and technology enablement
• Design and deliver high-impact solutions across key Finance processes: purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, month-end closing
• Optimize Finance operating models, including shared service centers (GBS), outsourcing structures, and organizational design
