Position Overview
Job Description: Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of finance transformation initiatives, including roadmap development, business case preparation, scope definition, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, and change adoption
- Ensure alignment of project plans across all stakeholders, including the Hub, project team, and Commercial Finance
- Coordinate transition planning to ensure alignment with Hub resource capacity and requirements
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards and stage gate controls
- Track progress and follow up with task owners to drive timely completion of deliverables
- Maintain and manage the project risk register, with particular attention to process and control risks identified during knowledge transfer
