Reporting to the Deputy General Manager (Finance), this role oversees the financial operations of the Group's development properties entities. You will ensure that accounts are prepared in accordance with the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and the Group Accounting Policies and that operations comply with the Housing Developer rules and Project Account rules. On a day-to-day basis, you will supervise staff, regularly review the relevance and sufficiency of the financial policies, procedures and controls and ensure that you stay updated on the changing regulatory framework and work closely with the other departments and joint venture partners whom you provide support to.
