Position Overview
Join MoFo as a Finance Manager on our Finance Operations team! This role is based in Singapore.
Financial Management & Compliance - Oversee all accounting and financial activities for the Singapore office.
- Support annual budgeting and monitor operating expenses, including variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Law Society rules, Solicitors’ Accounts Rules (SAR), IRAS requirements, and statutory obligations of the Singapore LLP.
- Manage cash flow, forecasts, bank mandates, and relationships with external auditors, tax advisers, and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate annual SAR audits and maintain strong internal controls.
Billing & Collections - Manage the full billing and collections lifecycle for assigned partners and client portfolios.
