JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare timely and accurate financial and management reportsAnalyse and review financial reportingHandle corporate tax filings and GST tax mattersPerform cash flow forecasting as well as budgeting and forecastingFormulate and implement processes to improve internal controlsLiaise and coordinate with external corporate secretary, bankers, auditors and tax agentsProvide expertise in any ad-hoc corporate projects QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA)Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience with strong leadership capabilityPreferable to have consolidation and group annual report drafting experienceSound knowledge of Singapore’s IFRS, Corporation law, Taxation law and relevant statutory requirementConsolidation and group annual report drafting experienc...
