Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the financial management of overseas business units (including local subsidiaries and project companies), liaising with the HQ finance team, supporting local business operations, and managing local financial and tax risks.
• Establish, implement, and continuously optimize financial management and accounting systems for overseas subsidiaries.
