Finance Manager - Western Cape

Main purpose of this role:
Heading up the Finance Department and ensuring the professional management and automation of the financial administration of TSIBA group of companies, maintaining financial integrity of financial processes and credibility with all stakeholders, and ensuring legal and statutory compliance of the TSIBA group of companies.

1. KPA 1: Strategic Financial Management (TBSTET) (35%)
   • Build an efficient technical financial system that is sound, has integrity, will protect the staff and guide the executives.
   • Identify, create and amend financial policies and procedures, up to and including the ratification process.
   • Financial analysis and reporting, ensuring alignment with TSIBA’s goals.
