**Position Summary**
Oversee and manage all accounting operations (AR, AP, GL, and cash management) to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient processes. Lead the Finance team and work closely with operational departments to support business performance and financial decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Oversee daily accounting operations (AR/AP/GL), including review of journals and reconciliations
• Manage billing, collections, and vendor payments with proper controls
• Monitor cash controls, bank reconciliations, and financial variances
• Lead month/year-end closing and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and regulations
• Supervise, coach, and support Finance team members
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
