Position Overview
Job Scope / Responsibilities:
Manage full spectrum of finance and accounting functions for the 6-star hotel resort project in Papar, Sabah.
Handle project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Manage accounts payable & receivable, including subcontractor payments, supplier invoices, and client billings.
Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and project financial analysis.
Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
Handle tax matters, GST/SST, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and headquarters (China) for financial matters.
Work closely with Project Manager and Chinese management on financial planning and cost monitoring.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for project audit purposes.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in finance & accounts, with at least 4 years.
