As Finance Manager at our wood production site in Malaysia, you are the financial backbone of the plant. You don't sit in the back office — you go out, engage with operations, and ensure financial insights drive real decisions on the shop floor and in the boardroom. You are a key business partner to the Site Operations Director and a trusted sparring partner for the broader Wood business leadership. You lead a team of experienced finance professionals, coaching them from solid analytical work towards proactive, business-oriented thinking.
You take full ownership of plant controlling and costing. You are responsible for the accuracy of all cost data in SAP, develop and monitor cost control measures, and provide detailed costing insights that support pricing, operations, and strategic planning.
