Position Overview

This position reports to the Managing Director and forms part of the Executive Committee. As the Head of Finance for this Manufacturing company, you will manage the finance team, the full financial function (including payroll), oversee the day-to-day administration of the Finance and Admin teams, ensure strategic alignment of the department, and provide timely and relevant financial information to stakeholders (EXCO, Board of Directors, Shareholders, etc.) to enable effective operational and strategic decision-making. This role offers the right person an excellent opportunity within a stable and expanding company.
