We are recruiting a Finance Manager to be based in Denver, Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for the finance team. Main duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Financial Reporting & Compliance Responsible for preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure full compliance with IFRS, statutory requirements ((NACAAM, STATSA etc.), and company policies. Ensure tax submissions (VAT, Income Tax, Customs Duty, etc.) are accurate and submitted on time. Responsible for the general ledger and all reconciliations Responsible for Intercompany transactions Financial Governance Manage external audits and act as the primary contact for auditors and regulatory bodies.
